SMS Terms & Conditions

RAM Automation offers optional SMS notifications for customers who explicitly enroll. Messages may include equipment alarms, alarm reminders, status updates, scheduled process values, service notices, and requested reports.

Consent

By opting in, you authorize RAM Automation to send automated SMS messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your selected alarms, repeat settings, schedules, and equipment conditions. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance or email jeff.ortiz@ramautomation.net.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notification systems supplement—and do not replace—required process safeguards, safety systems, operator rounds, or emergency procedures.

Privacy

Mobile information and opt-in consent are handled according to our Privacy Policy and are not shared for third-party marketing.
